Check the source, not only the collection cycle

The collection cycle combines several public sources. Each website has its own last attempt and last successful read. A recent overall cycle can coexist with a failed provider check, so the source details matter whenever you rely on an empty list.

Facebook pages are checked separately. Their recorded page-check times are distinct from the time a capture file was imported. Importing a file does not mean the page was visited again. Old or incomplete checks remain visible rather than being presented as fresh.

An empty list has a limited meaning

The site summarises the notices it has successfully collected. It cannot confirm that every disruption has been announced, that every source is available, or that service works at a particular address. A provider may publish a later correction or respond directly to a fault report.
